With Day 9 we are starting our journey back to a full circle. Drive to Lincoln, NE is 7 hours. Stop at North Platte for a lunch at Penny Diner. At Lincoln, for nature lovers check out beautiful Sunken Gardens for nice walk in the middle of flowers. For alternative to nature check out the State Capital. There are a LOT of great options to eat at Lincoln, NE…but opt for Gourmet Persian food at the Daffodil Gourmet Restaurant.
